Partner & Artist - Johann Du Preez
I am a passionate fly fisherman and artist. I have dedicated my life to the pursuit of fish in some of the most remote corners of the world. This pursuit has taken me all across Africa and parts of North and South America and it has taught me the value of conservation, through education. I use my artwork as means to express my love for the outdoors and to share my passion with the world.
Ambassador - Trevor Sithole
Trevor is an icon in the growth of South African fly fishing, he was introduced to fly fishing through a fly fishing project that was initiated to educate local people about the brown trout that reside in the higher reaches of the Mooi River in the Kamberg Valley of Kwa-Zulu Natal. Trevor was inspired by other members in the community who took initiative in the project and it was not long before he became fully involved. He worked at Wild Fly as a guide and shop worker. He is now one of the main Alphonse Fishing Company guides and has also spent a couple season guiding in Bolivia. He is also a phenomenal photographer.
