Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with Fly Religion. We want your experience with us to be a positive one. If for any reason, you don't love your purchase, we'll accept it within 30 days subject to our policies below.
Merchandise purchased online may be returned within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be accepted. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
If we sent you the incorrect size, color or style, and you'd like to exchange it for the correct item, we will send you a prepaid label.
If you need to return or exchange your merchandise for any reason, please send us an email at email@example.com , or call _______ to receive a RAN# from customer service.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with the status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within approximately three business days. Please note that if the item is returned to any other address than the one above, a $6 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your bank and credit card company first.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you are returning your merchandise due to an error made by us, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an item not due to our error, and need to ship an item yourself, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If you're not interested in dealing with shipping labels, let customer service know, and they will send you a label and simply deduct that cost from your refund.
